RC Group in NETNS

We have had a great year, with loads of activities, from our Christmas Carol service last December, to the Easter Egg hunt, the celebration of First Holy Communion on the 9^th May followed by the fabulous Communion Party, and finishing off with the final assembly on the 3^rd June in the Halla Glas, hosted and co-ordinated by the 6^th class pupils.

Many thanks to all of our teachers for the fabulous work they have done this year both in sacrament and non-sacrament classes. We really appreciate all of the effort you put in and look forward to working with you again next year.

The RC committee consists of a group of volunteer parents, and this September as ever we will need volunteers to come forward to help. If you would like to put your name forward for the RC committee please email us at rci@netns.ie.

Also, volunteer parents/guardians will be needed from both the First Communion class and the Confirmation class to help co-ordinate the arrangements for the sacrament within the school on behalf of the other parents. If you feel you can assist with this please get in touch via the email address and let us know.

We wish all of the 6th class pupils the very best of luck and success in their new adventure – secondary school!

We wish Gerry happiness and success in his new role as Principal Teacher in Portlaoise ETNS.

We hope everyone has a great Summer and we look forward to seeing you all in September when classes resume.
