It has been an exciting few months in the resource classes. We have all been working very hard on lots of fun topics.
In Louise’s class we are becoming Jolly Phonics experts and are having fantastic fun with our sound blending. We are all very musical in junior resource and we love saying rhymes and singing songs. We have also been making great use of our new G.P. hall to do lots of fun exercises.
In Ernie’s class we are putting in great effort as regards project work, maths, reading fluency and word recognition. We have also had fun listening to each other, playing games and taking turns.
In Michael’s class we have been investigating some new novels to improve our reading skills and playing word games to build our vocabulary. We have made great progress with our tables and maths skills and have enjoyed playing Top Trumps maths as well as memory games. We did great work decorating the resource room for Christmas and we even made our own Christmas tree.
We are looking forward to doing lots of exciting new projects in the New Year and we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
